Future of the Fireworks of Omagari

Since 1910, people of Omagari have been developing the culture of fireworks over a century. They have been leading the Japanese firework industry for more than half a century with its creative fireworks. The well-established traditions and bold innovations have made the Omagari Fireworks Festival one of the most important fireworks festival in the country. What will be the future of the fireworks of Omagari? The following are some comments from the young generation of firework artists, who are the most ardent supporters of the firework traditions as well as the creators of new traditions.

– There has been tremendous progress in fireworks, and they now have brighter colors and more complicated structures. However, the most important aspect is still safety.
