The ninth lord of Kubota domain who reigned for 30 years
Yoshimasa (pronounced the same as the sixth lord’s name, but with different Chinese characters) opened a domanial school, Meitokukan (“House of Virtues”), at Nekoyacho and reformed the domanial administration, including reforming the administrative posts, levying local products, promoting tree-planting, reforming the mines, and exploiting new rice fields.
