From the Meiji period to the early Showa period (circa 1870 to 1950), the work of the Ishiguro family was a landlord. When they was a landlord, here was a work place. They were checking quality and measuring weight of the rice in here. In the Edo period, there was a storehouse in here. In the snow country, we build a warehouse near the main house. Because, it is to be able to take out (or take in) the thing without the snow plow during winter.<\/p>\n
